How I work now
I dictate. The agents build. I review. That last part is mine, and honestly it's the new bottleneck. Typing feels slow and misses the context, so I mostly talk. For my own projects, Claude Code and Codex run on a VM I reach from my phone, iPad or laptop, wherever I am.

An ordering app that had to beat paper.
At wholesale clothing fairs, salespeople wrote orders on paper slips. Quick to write, but two people could sell the same last piece to two different shops, and nobody knew until after the fair.
I built the first version in 15 days, right before a fair. On day one it broke in front of everyone. I fixed it from a plastic chair on the fair floor, and season two ran with zero errors.
Since then SpotBook has been my learning ground. The biggest lesson: building an AI assistant inside a complicated business app, one that knows the difference between "for now" and "from now on".
